Overview
AI readiness is the assessment and preparation of an organization's data, infrastructure, governance, and workforce to adopt AI and automation at scale. Many organizations can run a successful isolated pilot but fail to scale it: a pattern often called "pilot purgatory." Readiness work exists to prevent that.
We assess technical readiness (data quality, infrastructure) and organizational readiness (governance, workforce, change appetite) as distinct tracks, then help design the governance and automation roadmap needed to move from pilot to production responsibly.
